Founded in 2015 by Jean-François Blais and Philippe Bouchard, Gestion Defcor is a firm specializing in commercial roofing inspection, expertise, and project supervision in Quebec. With over 18 years of field experience and a team of 16 professionals, we act as a trusted third party, without ever selling the work we evaluate.

Our Vision
Over the course of our mandates, the same problem kept surfacing: undetected infiltrations, poorly executed work due to lack of supervision, and recommendations inflated by commercial interests. Gestion Defcor was founded to fill that void — an intervener whose sole mandate is to defend the client's interests.
In the roofing industry, it is common for inspection, recommendation, and execution of work to be carried out by the same company. Gestion Defcor was built on the opposite principle: no conflict of interest, no re-roofing to sell, no compromise on the neutrality of the opinion.
